Heart Hello to you,

I was driving to Auckland yesterday, a two hour drive to my destination. As I drove my heart was open, all the people zooming by were embraced in my love. All those who entered my awareness received love. As I sit here typing all I feel is love  - in me, from me, into me. It is a state of being. I wouldn't be in this constant state if it wasn't for the Ascended Masters, their love, their support and their guidance.

I read on Facebook this morning some one was writing about removing toxic people from their lives. And I was aware of the cycle - we expel people from our lives, cut cords, cut ties, cease contact, unfriend from Facebook and so on - just so we can begin to heal and mend, smooth over our bruised ego and gather our self back into wholeness. Thanks to ascension we then move to another level, all hurts are forgiven and we take these people back into our hearts regardless of past pain. For we know they are merely acting from their own agenda, own story and own ego just as we were. In then end our heart is open, forgiving all, loving all regardless of who they were, are, or will be.

So when I sign my emails - "Holding you in my heart" I actually mean it. All of you here who come into my sphere of awareness, whether it is via emails, requests, healings, readings etc all are held in my heart. My love to you.

I am here to help you ascend. Some days my heart hurts with the pain of others that comes with this connection. So I make sure it opens even more. The beauty of ascending with the Ascended Masters help s that one day you will be where I am now. What would the world be like then if everyone took those they encountered into their heart. The Masters do it daily.

On that note, this weeks free ascension healing was given by Dom Ignacio and Jesus. A lovely combination. Both of them love to sing, so it isn't surprising this weeks healing is about smiling from the heart. Lift up your heart. It is a dismal world out there, so brighten your day by heart smiling at what you see, what you encounter. A heart smile will help you lighten you energy. A heart smile is a soft gentle smile of appreciation, of gratitude, of joy and of love.
