It's time to return to regular diary entries. 

This website is devoted to the ascension of the individual. Ascension for those of you reading this is likely to be a conscious choice. You may feel driven to get off the cycle of rebirth, you might be striving to clear patterns, to become more light, or you might know you are on a spiritual path, but you aren't too sure where it is going. Where you are at this moment on your ascension journey is perfect for now, but you know there is more. I hope we can help you find the 'more'. 

Ascension can be confusing. There are so many modalities, books, ideas, workshops, healers, and readers, and it gets hard to sift through what is available to find what is right for you. Waireti and I went through this process starting probably about 50 years ago, and now here we are at the 9th initiation, working with the Masters, helping them help you. 

The first place to start is to order the ascension modules. These are free. There are 5 initial modules explaining ascension, and giving a small reading about where you are in the ascension process and which Masters are standing with you for ascension and life.

For those of you new to my diary entries, you will find past posts now available as free downloads in 11 books. These are full of sharings from the Masters, life at the portal, and teachings. They are easy to read and intersped with light moments.

An arrival

An arrival is the appearance of a crystal, or physical item from the Masters. In the past we have found the portal full of gold leaf, a cross, an empty wine glass filled up, and most common of all- crystals. The most memorable arrival was announced by one of our dogs, she came running towards us as we worked in the vegetable garden, we could see she was excited and barked for us to follow her, in the way dogs do. She led us to the Ascended Masters portal which was in another part of the property. There she stood before a ruby crystal. Other times the crystals appeared in bathrooms, desks, and kitchens. 

We haven't had an arrival in a while. But here at our new property I arrived at my desk to find a smooth tumbled clear quartz. It is a support crystal. The energy is support. Thank you to the Masters.

The disconnect between life and ascension.

When I write on a topic it is usually because the topic gets bought up in countless emails by clients. This topic has been so much to the fore I just have to include it in this diary post. 

We ascend amidst life. Life (work, friends, family, home) has one energy level, but our personal energy as we ascend has a higher energy. Our personal energy no longer fits into our known world. This can have many repercussions.

We are spiritual beings with physical bodies. Our bodies try so hard to keep up with the rise in our spiritual vibration. For many the vibration of store-bought food can become too heavy. The higher vibration body wants higher vibration food. This disconnect can mean sleep is disrupted, allergies appear, and tiredness can become common place. Listen to your body, it will tell you what it wants at any given time. At one stage my body rejected fish in such a huge way one side of my face would freeze like in a stroke. I was hospitalised, but it turned out to be fish and what it contained wasn't right for me at that time. Fish continues to be a stress point for my body. Along with sugar, peppercorn, and cinnamon. Waireti and I strive to grown our own vegetables and fruit. This isn't always possible in certain climates, but we eat what we can grow. Your body will show you the way. All you have to do is listen.

This energy disconnect can happen with relationships. As we ascend, we may find our friendships and other relationships, no longer fit in with how we want to socialise and how we view the world.  Many of you won’t watch the news, or you have disconnected from social media because of the low vibration it is bringing into your energy field. Others find this lower vibration keeps them grounded. What you do is right for you.

I can’t say I have easy solutions to this disconnect of life and ascension. It is what it is. We all navigate it in our own way. All I can stress is don't judge others for where they are in their ascension process. They are where they are because of karma and lessons. You once walked in their shoes. Send them love, and treat them with kindness, compassion and respect. Be open to walking beside them as you change, knowing that your higher vibration will help them. 

Ascension isn’t easy. It means change on so many levels. But that change can include finding solutions that come from the heart and work for you.
