We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Alpha Imaging uses the services of New Zealand Post to distribute to international addresses and within New Zealand.

When placing an order for delivery outside New Zealand, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you. If for any reason after you have paid import tax, the goods are not received, we have no responsibility. 

It is your responsibility when placing an order that you supply an address that is correct, safe and secure.

All orders under NZ$250 are shipped with limited tracking to the border. All orders over NZ$250 are couriered with tracking. 

Returns Policy

Products purchased on this site can be returned, subject to the following conditions.

All products purchased on this site can be returned if damaged or faulty for a replacement product. 
Please first contact us within 7 days of purchase if in New Zealand, or within 21 days of purchase if outside of New Zealand, via this website and provide your invoice number and details of the product concerned. We appreciate a photo showing the damage.
The cost of returning a product is your responsibility.
