Ancestral memory is the stored cellular memory of our ancestors. It resides in our very cells. This ancestral memory can manifest in our emotional and mental bodies as pain and suffering, or in our thought patterns (positive and negative). We can inherit the beliefs and limitations of our ancestors. And just as it limited them, this memory is placing limitations on your thought patterns, your behaviour, life choices and soul purpose - limitations not of your making.
I used to feel heavy emotionally. During and after the session, I felt significantly lighter. This made me realized that I had been carrying so much "baggage" from my ancestors.
